REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #: CMCOG/AAA 2024 – Services – RE-ADVERTISED – (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025)
LETTER OF INTENT TO PROPOSE: February 5, 2024
PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: March 4, 2024 at 2 PM EST
PURPOSE: For the purchase and provision of In-home and Community-Based Services for the elderly under Title III of the Older Americans Act and South Carolina Stated-Funded Programs of the State Unit on Aging.
The Central Midlands Council of Governments/Area Agency on Aging (CMCOG/AAA) invites the submission of Proposals in accordance with requirements contained in the following solicitation. Because the Contracts that may result from this solicitation are funded through a combination of Federal, State and Local funding sources, uncertainty exists with respect to what level of funds may be made available to Offerors.
The proposal MUST be received by the Central Midlands Council of Governments by Monday, March 4, 2024 at 2 PM EST. Any proposal received after the deadline will be deemed non-responsive.
Offerors are required to demonstrate/document the availability or commitment to meet match requirements described herein. Offerors are required to commit to coordinating delivery of services with other providers of services for older adults, especially any other Older American Act funded contractor of services in the Counties of Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry, and Richland.
The Proposal must be signed in Blue Ink by an official authorized to bind the offering organization along with a statement to the effect that the proposal is firm for a period of at least 90 days from the closing date for submission.
This solicitation does not commit the Central Midlands Council of Governments/Area Agency on Aging to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal. The Central Midlands Council of Governments/Area Agency on Aging reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals received as a result of this RFP, to negotiate with all qualified Offerors, or to cancel in part or in whole this RFP if it is in the best interest of the Central Midlands Council of Governments/Area Agency on Aging to do so.
The term of any Contract(s) resulting from this RFP is to be for the period beginning July 1, 2024 and continuing through June 30, 2025.
