The purpose of this addendum is to provide a revised bid timeline, an update on questions/request for clarifications, and a revision to the Contact Policy outlined in Section 2.8 of the IFB. Please Note: It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their receipt of all addenda and to clearly acknowledge all addenda within their bid response. Acknowledgement may be confirmed by inclusion of a signed copy of this addendum with bid response. Failure to acknowledge this addendum may prevent the bid from being considered for award.
