In accordance with the Central Midlands Council of Government Contract Appeals Procedure, any actual bidder, offerer, or contractor who is aggrieved in connection with the intended award or award of a contract shall protest to the Executive Director within ten (10) working days of the award date of notification (protest(s) must be received by March 8, 2023).  Any and all protests shall be submitted in writing to Benjamin J. Mauldin of the CMCOG staff.  Please ensure that the grounds of the protest are set forth and the relief requested with enough particularity to give notice of the issues to be decided.
