Finance
The
finance department's primary responsibility is to maintain the official
accounting and financial records of CMCOG. These activities include
but are not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll,
fixed assets, grants management, contracts management, and employee
benefits administration.
The finance department staff prepares all internal and external financial
statements. The finance staff provides leadership in the budgeting
process for the COG providing historical data and fiscal
projections.
