RECEPTIONIST – (Part-Time Position)
Operates the agency switchboard, routing incoming
calls to the proper party. Assists visitors to the agency and
refers them to the appropriate program for further assistance.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have knowledge of Excel
and demonstrate an ability to easily develop proficiency in all
software utilized or introduced for use in this position.
Responsible for performing a full range of diversified
administrative and clerical duties of a highly responsible
nature. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent
communication and grammatical skills, and the ability to handle
multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. Will assist in data
entry and preparing mail-out materials. Graduation from High
School or GED equivalent and six months of related experience.
Hours will be Mon- Fri, 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM at a pay rate of
